Every WorkClient release with its date and what changed — described as what is different for the person using the app.

Version 0.9.35 is the current download, released October 15, 2026. The app checks for updates on its own and shows a notice in the bottom-right corner.

0.9.35current release

  • The right side of the sign-in screen now has a live animation instead of a carousel: the logo breaks into squares, captions come in, and a glass drop presses buttons in real parts of the app — the tracker, client cards, the board and the client page
  • The animation doesn’t waste power: it doesn’t draw in a hidden window, and with “Reduce motion” turned on in the system it shows a single still frame

0.9.34

  • Signing in with Telegram now takes two taps and no code: press “Start” in the bot, then “Sign in to WorkClient”, and the app signs in on its own
  • If you have several Telegram apps, the sign-in button shows which one will open, and you can change it; in Telegram Desktop you can also pick the profile
  • The “Sign in with Telegram” button is now Telegram blue
  • Linking Telegram in settings and joining by invitation no longer ask you to compare a code either

0.9.33

  • The faint rectangle in the middle of the screen is gone: it was the island’s invisible window — after monitors were reconnected it could stay away from the notch, and on external monitors it showed through in the middle of the top edge. Now it is fully transparent, and after the screens change the app puts it back in place by itself

0.9.32

  • The island opens on hover again: rest the cursor on the notch and the panel slides out. Just passing over it won’t open it
  • The clipboard history window shows up on ⌘⇧V again: after monitors were unplugged, the system could lose it between desktops — now the app brings it back by itself
  • If Accessibility is already on in System Settings but the app still asks for it, press “Allow”: the app clears the system’s stale record, and you switch WorkClient on in the list once more
  • With a monitor above your laptop, the panel no longer fires from the cursor at the bottom of that monitor — only on the island itself
  • On monitors without a notch nothing changes: move the cursor to the middle of the top edge. And if another monitor sits above, rest the cursor in the middle of the menu bar

0.9.31

  • The “The permission reset after the update” step is shorter and cleaner: one sentence instead of a paragraph, three short steps and a single main button
  • In a short window, the sign-in and permissions screens no longer run off the bottom edge: everything fits, and if it doesn’t, it scrolls
  • The other sign-in options are now just the Google, Yandex, Facebook, X and Apple icons, without captions; the name shows on hover

0.9.30

  • The app now notices when Accessibility access has actually stopped working and offers to turn it back on. Before, the smart timer could quietly stop seeing what you were working on
  • When you are not signed in, the app no longer tries to send records to the cloud or shows sync errors: everything new simply waits until you sign in

0.9.29

  • In the new client window, the lead source is now in plain view instead of hidden under “More fields”: the source buttons are larger, their icons show each service’s brand color, and the selected button is filled with it
  • The name field in the same window now has an icon on the left, just like the contact field
  • When you pick a face or a mark for a client or project, internal image names (juma, apex…) no longer pop up: the selected circle simply says “Remove”

0.9.28

  • When you switch on a permission for the app in System Settings, macOS quits the app and does not reopen it — the permissions walkthrough now warns you about this in advance
  • After you press “Update”, the app no longer disappears: the new copy waits until the previous one lets go of its place
  • The “Erase data” window opens empty, and a screenshot no longer shows up twice in the clipboard history
  • The hint on an empty board no longer sits on top of the columns
  • The view switch on the board no longer covers the left edge of the panel

0.9.27

  • The app no longer refuses to open after you press “Update”. While a new version was being released, our own verification run took the system-wide “single copy” lock, and the updated app quietly closed instead of starting

0.9.26

  • The price on the plan card is now the same as in the invoice. Picking “Year” used to show the discounted first-year price while the provider charged the full amount — the discount will come back once the promo code is set up

0.9.25

  • You can now pay for the Pro plan right inside the app: Settings → Plan and limits. The plan switches on by itself, nothing to confirm afterwards
  • You can sign in with Yandex, Google and Apple straight from the app, not only in a browser. Several sign-in methods can be linked to one account
  • Settings now let you erase your data: from this Mac right away, from the cloud after a month. Changed your mind — just sign in again and the erase is cancelled
  • Deleting your own account is no longer something only the owner can do
  • A new client takes three fields instead of a nine-field form, and type and lead source are picked as chips — every option is visible at once
  • Quick entry understands four languages, and Russian weekday names for the first time
  • The app closes with ⌘Q again — and opens again afterwards
  • Tracked time and tasks reach the cloud even when they were created outside the app window
  • An invoice names the right month, and the client card shows earnings again
  • In settings, text no longer spills out of its fields, and the glass effect no longer stacks when you switch it
  • A client whose code is longer than six digits can finally sign in to the portal
  • Three holes in the cloud are closed: signing in as someone else, reading someone else’s call summary and getting around the attempt counter. An expired portal link now closes calls as well

0.9.24

  • The profile menu showed internal names instead of labels — “nav.finances” instead of “Finance”. Fixed
  • The same menu now switches the language: four flags in a row, the current one framed. The menu stays open while you choose
  • Your own photo now also appears on your own line in calls and in task comments
  • “New client” now opens straight into the form: the AI parsing line is gone, and email, phone, source and the first deal moved under “More fields”
  • One line is enough for a contact — a social link, a number or an email: the app works out what it is and shows where it will be saved
  • Client type and lead source are now chips: every option is visible at once, no list to open

0.9.23

  • The app opens again. In the two previous releases it did not start at all: no window, no error — it died in the first second. The cause is found and gone, and a release now cannot go out until the built app comes up on a check
  • The app, the client page and the iPhone app speak four languages in full — Russian, English, Spanish and Portuguese: the interface, dates, money, word forms and sorting by the alphabet of that language
  • The assistant was written anew in every language: this is not a translation, it has its own words and its own phrase lengths in each one
  • The daily summary, the call wrap-up and the deadline estimate arrive in your language, not in Russian
  • The client page opens in the language of whoever followed the link, board included, and the report email and the invoice arrive with their date format
  • Your profile now shows your own photo from Telegram, and clients and call participants have real faces instead of empty circles
  • A note in the island no longer disappears if you type a line quickly and press ⏎ right away
  • Erasing the text of an old note and closing it no longer means losing it for good
  • A note card is now the size of its text: no emptiness under a short one, and a long one no longer breaks off on the second line
  • The note field opens two lines tall and grows as you type, and the clutter is gone from the card — no row of buttons, no title line
  • Notes now have subtasks, and right-click opens the actions: add a subtask, send it to a project board, open that board, delete
  • The colour marks on a note are bigger, and the project shelf slides out from below without twitching under the cursor

0.9.22

  • The app no longer refuses to open after an update: a service lock was left behind by the replaced copy, and the new launch closed itself silently — no window, no error, no trace in the log
  • The app now speaks four languages — Russian, English, Spanish and Portuguese: you choose the language in settings, and money, dates and word forms follow it. About a hundred labels still stay in Russian in any language; they are still being moved
  • The client page opens in the language of whoever followed the link, and the report email and the invoice arrive in their language and with their date format
  • The macOS menus, the status bar and Siri are translated too
  • Cloud errors no longer arrive in Russian in the middle of an English screen, and a declined invitation names its reason again instead of falling back on a generic phrase

0.9.21

  • The app now speaks four languages — Russian, English, Spanish and Portuguese: you choose the language in settings, and money, dates and word forms follow it. English and Spanish are nearly complete, Brazilian Portuguese is nine tenths of the way; wherever a translation is still missing, Russian stays
  • Notes now have subtasks: a checkbox line becomes a real subtask once the note goes to a project board
  • Right-click on a note opens its actions: add a subtask, send it to a project board, open that board, delete
  • The colour marks on a note are bigger, and you can finally hit them
  • The project shelf slides out from below, no longer twitches under the cursor and shows the project mark instead of a coloured dot

0.9.20

  • System permissions are now asked for step by step: before every system dialog you see what it will ask and what to press — before, the dialogs popped up one after another with no explanation, and an accidental “Don’t Allow” closed the road for good
  • While you are in System Settings, the app notices the switch you flipped on its own: there is no need to come back and press anything else
  • If a permission reset after an update, the app spots it at startup and offers to grant it again — with an explanation of why the checkmark that is still on in settings no longer means anything
  • The strip above the sections also says what will happen when you press, before you press

0.9.19

  • Accessibility no longer resets after every update: the build now has a permanent identity, and the system stopped counting an updated app as a different one. This update asks for the permission one last time — if WorkClient is already in the system list, remove it there with the “−” button and add it again; the old checkmark is from the previous version and no longer works
  • A call you created now belongs to you: before, the room was recorded to the owner of the workspace, and the second person on the team could not join their own call — the page answered “not found”, and there was nobody to run the transcript
  • If the call service will not let you in, the app says so and does not open the window: before it showed someone else’s sign-in screen instead, and that looked like sign-in with Telegram being broken
  • A link to an outside service is no longer patched with our sign-in code

0.9.18

  • The island’s “Notes” window now opens with a deliberate gesture — a flick of the cursor into the top edge of the screen in the notch area, not a plain hover: no more openings you did not ask for
  • Along the way the island panel stopped jumping to the other monitor when the screens change, and stopped opening by itself right after you close it
  • Pasting several images one by one (⌥⏎) became more reliable: the first image no longer gets lost in the history window, and “Pasted N of M” honestly counts from what you picked
  • Crash reports stopped carrying your text away: captions like “couldn’t save ‘<document name>’” and arbitrary details used to go out together with the error — now everything the app adds on its own is sifted by the same rule as the rest of the statistics
  • A window title can no longer slip into the statistics disguised as an app name
  • Invitations and links to the product site lead to the new address workclient.app

0.9.17

  • The app checks for updates every 5 minutes instead of once every 6 hours: a new version arrives within minutes, downloads on its own, and all that is left is to click “Update and restart” in the corner
  • What you have marked in the clipboard history can be pasted one by one (⌥⏎): the entries go out one after another, each in its own form
  • The “About WorkClient” screen tells you about the country, the permissions and the notifications, and you can write to support from there
  • Diagnostics: errors and sync failures are collected more carefully and do not mix other people’s data in

0.9.15

  • The notes open like a hidden Dock: bring the cursor to the top edge of the screen and they come out, no aiming needed
  • They no longer flicker or slide out on the other monitor: the layout stopped being recalculated several times a second

0.9.14

  • The notes open on the screen you are working on, not only on the built-in one — before, pointing at an external monitor did nothing
  • Moving to another monitor is picked up right away, and not a few seconds later

0.9.13

  • The notes come out when you point at the top of the screen above the notch, and not strictly at the notch itself — on a setup with a monitor sitting above, the notch was impossible to hit
  • Opening still needs a stop: a cursor passing by does not slide the panel out

0.9.12

  • The red “Sync error” banner stopped coming back in circles: the records the cloud will never accept are no longer standing in the queue
  • Demo data stays on this computer quietly instead of breaking the upload of everything else
  • App errors now land in the log — before they weren’t there at all, and there was nothing to work from

0.9.11

  • The island opens when the cursor has STOPPED at the notch; flying past no longer throws it out
  • The appearance delay now means “how long to stand still” — and the caption in settings says so
  • A narrow window: the timer card no longer stretches to fit every project, and the list inside it scrolls
  • The chart next to it stopped stretching along with the timer and leaving half a screen of emptiness

0.9.10

  • Interface scale: ⌘= bigger, ⌘− smaller — in the app, in the island and in the history window
  • The island no longer pops out when the mouse just passes by: it waits for the cursor to hit the very top of the screen
  • The island and the clipboard history window grow whole — not “bigger letters”, but the whole panel bigger
  • The dashboard learned to use a wide screen: health moved to the top right, and the apps now stand full height next to the board
  • The apps list shows as many rows as fit, not two out of twenty-one
  • The dashboard cards grow up to the height of the screen — there is no empty strip at the bottom any more
  • The largest island size stopped resetting when the app restarts
  • The resize corner of the clipboard history window finally works

0.9.9

  • A new “Plan and limits” screen: you can see the cloud usage, the devices and what the plan includes
  • A device with sync can be unlinked — before, the slot stayed taken forever
  • The system asks for the permissions itself instead of leaving you to hunt for them in settings
  • The clipboard history window no longer takes the keyboard away and no longer pushes itself to the front
  • A file that failed to upload says why; the rest of the batch still make it into the list
  • The “Build the recap again” button finally works, and explains itself when it doesn’t
  • The app logo became a vector: sharp at any size, and the same one everywhere now
  • The icons speak one language: round is about people, square is about things
  • Settings got a clean-up: sixteen sections that led nowhere are gone
  • The client page shows the logo, whose page it is, and the real link expiry
  • Sign in with Telegram: nine checks that were letting errors through in silence
  • A right click on a board tab opens its own menu, not the system one

0.9.8

  • A morning conversation instead of yesterday’s recap: the app asks what we are working on today
  • The morning plan and the evening close do the arithmetic of the day — how much you set out to do and how much came out
  • The assistant counts due dates ahead: not “due tomorrow”, but “if you don’t start today, you won’t make it”
  • The assistant tells being stuck from laziness, and tiredness from distraction — and says different things
  • An update downloads in the background and installs when you click, restarting the app
  • Before the restart the board, the settings and the sync queue are written down — nothing gets lost
  • The WorkClient site was rebuilt, and the public pages are now checked before they go out

0.9.7

  • The app updates itself: a new version downloads in the background and installs when you click
  • “Check for Updates” is the second item in the app menu and a button in settings
  • The channel is picked in settings: stable or beta
  • The check keeps running even when the window is closed and the app lives in the menu bar
  • The board no longer gets lost when you move from one project to another
  • The global shortcuts moved from ⌘⇧ to ⌥⇧: taking a screenshot no longer touches the timer

0.9.6

  • The app now updates itself: a new version downloads in the background and installs when you click
  • “Check for Updates” lives in the app menu and in settings, and the channel is picked in the same place
  • Board: you can drag an image straight onto the canvas
  • Board: the links between tasks became readable — an arc, an arrow, the kind of link
  • Client page: eight sections came down to two, with real data in them
